Drive Solution Delivery, Platform Development, End-to-End Feature Ownership, Performance Optimization, and Full-Stack Engineering.

Requirements

• Demonstrates a strategic and analytical approach to problem solving, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive decisions, and lead initiatives end‐to‐end
• Exhibits exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, product partners, and global teams
• Extensive experience designing, building, and scaling full‐stack applications, leveraging modern front‐end frameworks (React/Angular), robust back‐end technologies (Node/Java/Python), and relational and non‐relational data stores
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including architecture design, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and operational excellence
• Strong hands‐on expertise in cloud‐native application development, with practical experience designing and operating systems on AWS
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineers while collaborating with globally distributed, cross‐functional teams to deliver resilient, high‐performance, customer‐centric platforms
