Job Description
This administrative assistant position provides clerical support to department managers, handling tasks such as paperwork, invoicing, and customer service. The role involves assisting the sales and service departments with administrative tasks, tracking vacation time, and managing petty cash.
Requirements
Completes time card reports at the beginning of every week
Completes, copies, and files daily invoices for Rental stores
Answers phones and gets general information from customers for sales team
Assists sales department with filing open and closed contracts
Assists service department with paperwork
Orders supplies and business cards
Tracks vacation days and sick days for the rental branches
Keeps track of petty cash for Rental Service Manager
Orders payments for sales, parts, and service invoices
Performs other related duties as assigned
