Job Description
Edelman is seeking an Assistant Account Executive (AAE) to work with high-profile clients, create innovative campaigns for top brands, and support communications plans. The role involves media relations, client communication, data tracking, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and possess strong communication and storytelling skills.

Requirements

  • Learn Edelman’s various consulting processes/approaches, including integrated communications, media relations, consumer engagement, trend monitoring, brand collaborations, social media and digital campaigns, and support account teams in the execution of these processes for clients
  • Understand key client information including business strategy, products and services, key customers, and competitors
  • Support account teams in daily activities including media monitoring and reporting, research, media relations, content development, project and process tracking, and asset management and inventory
  • Conduct media outreach and follow up in alignment with pitch calendar and agile opportunities
  • Provide client service administration including preparing client status and activity reports, attending meetings and conference calls, compiling notes and action items, scheduling, and logistics
  • Track product inventory and support media seeding and creative product mailers alongside the team
