The Assistant Account Manager plays a vital role in supporting and strengthening partnerships with customers, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics solutions and account management functions.
Requirements
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assist in managing customer transportation and logistics needs
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, carrier sales, and finance teams
Monitor and respond to client feedback
Support Account Managers in executing strategic account initiatives
Prepare and maintain accurate reports and presentations
Travel to client locations and company meetings as necessary
