Job Description
Under general supervision, the Occupancy Specialist sets up and maintains resident records and accounts receivable systems utilizing Real Page Software or successor programs; and performs general clerical functions and office duties.

Requirements

  • HUD and/or Tax Credit experience required
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of college preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of office experience with affordable housing property management preferred
