Job Description
The Assistant Administrator/Occupancy Specialist is responsible for setting up and maintaining resident records and accounts receivable systems, as well as performing general clerical functions and office duties. The role requires 2+ years of Tax Credit & HUD experience and a minimum of 2 years of college. The position involves handling resident recertification and interim recertification, collecting and receipting monthly rents, and processing accounts receivable.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Tax Credit & HUD experience
  • Experience with recertifications required
  • 1+ year experience in Administrative role required
  • Experience with affordable housing/property management or any equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of college preferred
