They are seeking an Assistant Area Manager to support operations in their Coachella Valley area, focusing on ensuring an excellent guest experience and maintaining high standards. The role involves communicating with owners, managing supplies, and coordinating various team activities.

Requirements

  • Reporting to the Area Manager and performing assigned tasks
  • Meeting and maintaining standards and metrics for owner satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the in-market team
  • Monitoring guest/homeowner issues
  • Coordinating housekeeping tasks
  • Ensuring inventory levels
  • Conducting property inspections
  • Addressing guest/homeowner concerns
  • Carrying out administrative duties
  • Coordinating/overseeing housekeeping tasks
  • Driving to properties and conducting inspections
  • Staying within the designated area and attending rotating 'On Call' for market support
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and with a flexible schedule
