Job Description
The Ohio Attorney General's Office is seeking an experienced attorney with at least 2 years of litigation and appellate advocacy experience to represent the Staff of the Ohio Power Siting Board and the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio in administrative hearings and direct appeals.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of litigation and appellate advocacy experience
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio
  • Prior experience arguing cases before the Ohio Supreme Court or other appellate court
  • Advanced degrees or experience in energy or administrative law, environmental studies, accounting, business, or engineering
