Job Description
Assistant Attorney General position in the Antitrust Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, responsible for enforcing state and federal antitrust laws and representing the Commonwealth in investigations and litigation.

Requirements

  • Must be a member of the Massachusetts bar or be eligible for admission in short order.
  • Litigation and/or other relevant legal experience, preferably three years or more of complex civil litigation experience.
  • Previous experience in antitrust or competition law is desired, but not required.
  • Experience with quantitative and/or economic analyses or experience working on matters involving such analyses, preferred.
  • Ability to quickly grasp sometimes complex legal, business, financial, and economic concepts.
  • Excellent oral and written advocacy skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
