Job Description
The Ohio Attorney General’s Office is seeking an experienced, licensed attorney to join its Constitutional Offices Section. The ideal candidate will have a passion for litigation, research, and writing, and a desire to serve the public. This position presents the opportunity to represent Ohio’s officeholders and offices in federal and state courts, litigating complex and novel federal and state constitutional issues.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio
  • At least 2 years of litigation experience
  • Brief writing, hearings, trials, and motion practice experience
  • Judicial clerkship experience
  • Aptitude and desire to practice constitutional litigation in the public sector
