Job Description
The Attorney General is looking for a highly motivated attorney with extensive prosecutorial experience to handle narcotics and firearms investigations and cases within the Enterprise & Major Crimes Division. The candidate will handle a large caseload of primarily narcotics and firearms-related matters from investigation through sentencing.
Requirements
Member of the Massachusetts bar or eligible for admission within one year
Minimum of 5 years of experience in state criminal practice
Ability to handle a large and advanced caseload with substantial Superior Court experience
Background in handling narcotics and firearm related investigations and prosecution
Valid Massachusetts driver's license
Ability to travel anywhere in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
