Job Description
The Ohio Attorney General's Office is seeking an experienced attorney with a passion for litigation, research, and writing to join its team in the Constitutional Offices Section. The position will focus on public records and open meetings laws, providing advice and guidance to employees and training elected officials and the public on compliance with these laws.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio
  • At least 2 years of litigation experience, including brief writing, hearings, trials, and motion practice
  • Judicial clerkship experience and/or experience practicing constitutional litigation in the public sector
