The role involves representing and defending the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, its agencies, and employees in civil lawsuits.

Requirements

  • Must be a member of the Massachusetts bar.
  • At least five (5) years of civil litigation experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation or have a valid driver's license.
