Job Description
The Ohio Attorney General's Office is seeking an Assistant Attorney General to represent the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Industrial Commission of Ohio in common pleas and/or the appellate courts and the Ohio Supreme Court. The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, settlement evaluations and negotiations, motion practice, discovery, trial and appellate court appearances, and administrative hearings.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio
  • Two years or more of experience working as an Attorney
