Job Description
The Auditor of State's office is looking for accounting professionals to fill an external financial audit vacancy. Auditors will ensure that taxpayer dollars are being utilized by public entities according to the law, performing financial statement and administrative controls testing on government clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university (Accounting preferred)
  • Successful completion of at least 16 semester hours or equivalent in accounting or related field from an accredited college, university, trade, technical or vocational school beyond high school level
  • Possess at least three years' experience in accounting or related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office products preferred (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Travel to Audit Site Work Locations
