Job Description
We are seeking a Full Time Assistant Aviculturist for a 4-month term assignment at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The successful candidate will support the care and maintenance of our avian collection and exhibits, and perform routine husbandry duties.

Requirements

  • Working towards a college degree in Biology or related field
  • Previous animal husbandry experience through volunteer work or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the basic taxonomy of and natural history of birds
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite or related software
