Role OverviewThe Assistant Bakery Manager FT will supervise and ensure that Lowes Foods guest service, merchandising programs, and departmental operation are maintained in the bakery department. They will assume the duties of the Department Manager in their absence.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include ensuring guests receive polite service, achieving budgeted sales and profits, maintaining inventory and supplies, operating the department according to guidelines, and providing guidance and training to staff.

- Effective communication, guest service and selling skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to effectively communicate with the Store Manager and Merchandiser
- Ability to work well with computers
