Assistant Banking Center Manager

This position allows you to lead a team, support branch operations, and develop your banking career while making a positive impact on the community. As an Assistant Banking Center Manager, you will help oversee the branch, lead and support team members, drive sales and service, engage clients, and ensure compliance.

Your main responsibilities will include helping to oversee the branch, leading and supporting team members, driving sales and service, engaging clients, and ensuring compliance. You will also process transactions, assist with teller and platform activities, and help oversee daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting is preferred, or 5+ years of banking experience
• Strong sales skills with previous experience meeting client satisfaction and sales goals; experience in consumer lending is a plus
• Excellent client service, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional grammar and demeanor
• Ability to multi-task, remain detail-oriented, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Proficiency in PC, Microsoft, and internet applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with a positive attitude
• Ability to work occasional weekends and extended hours when needed
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday
• Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet)
• Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance
