Role OverviewThe Assistant Beef Shoppe Manager will supervise and ensure that Lowes Foods guest service, merchandising programs, and departmental operations are maintained in the beef shoppe/seafood department to achieve maximum sales. They will assume the duties of the Department Manager in their absence.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring all guests receive polite, friendly greetings and interactions, achieving budgeted sales, supply/wrap, shrink, and gross profits, preparing products for sale, maintaining inventory and supplies, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
