Role OverviewThe Assistant Beef Shoppe Manager is responsible for supervising and ensuring that guest service, merchandising programs, and departmental operations are maintained in the beef shoppe/seafood department to achieve maximum sales. They will assume the duties of the Department Manager in their absence.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include ensuring all guests receive polite, friendly greetings and interactions, achieving budgeted sales, preparing products for sale, maintaining inventory and supplies, operating the department according to merchandising and operational programs, and providing guidance and training to staff.
