Role OverviewThe Assistant Branch Leader oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned branch and reinforces the Bank's vision through personal modeling of expected sales, service, and risk management behaviors.
What You Will Do
Assist the Market Leader in ensuring the branch meets and exceeds day-to-day established goals through personal and staff production, lead and direct all personnel within a branch to meet and exceed established short-term and long-term goals.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive banking experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities, strong branch operations and sales experience, and excellent communication, mathematical, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
