Job Description
The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for leading the team to achieve departmental goals while ensuring alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values. They will oversee branch operations, provide leadership and coaching to staff, and foster a strong team culture centered on member education and financial success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Three (3) years of applicable experience, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Proven experience in supervising, mentoring, or leading staff
  • Demonstrated experience in financial consulting, sales, and business development
  • Knowledge of credit union operations, policies, and industry regulations, including BSA and OFAC compliance
