Role OverviewThe Assistant Branch Manager will help lead branch operations, coach team members, support lending activities, and ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulations. When the Branch Manager is absent, the Assistant Branch Manager will assume full responsibility for branch operations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a financial institution
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and general computer applications
