Role OverviewThe Assistant Branch Manager works closely with the Branch Manager and serves as a hands-on service leader within the branch. This role will support technicians, coordinate dispatch, assist customers, and help with day-to-day branch operations.
What You Will Do
Support and coach field service technicians with technical and day-to-day service needs, own and coordinate dispatch, assist with technician scheduling, training, onboarding, and development, answer customer calls, greet walk-in customers, and handle escalated service issues.

Requirements
- Technical, mechanical, field service, or commercial equipment experience
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or service management experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand technician skill sets and service needs
- Organized, dependable, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- Completion of successful background check and drug screen
- Must be at least 18 years of age
