Job Description
The Assistant Business Manager will lead/manage production activities for one or more of Sandridge Crafted Food's processing rooms, ensuring quality standards, employee safety, labor and material costs, and outstanding food safety.

Requirements

  • Three to five years manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership focus
  • Education/experience with Lean Manufacturing a plus
  • Understanding of Food Processing and Quality Systems a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem solver/facilitator
  • Strong computer skills (Access, excel, word, powerpoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong Communication skills
