Job Description
Galileo is a nationally recognized summer day camp that empowers young innovators to change the world. As Assistant Camp Director, you'll oversee daily camp operations, support staff, and ensure a joyful, safe, and inclusive experience for all campers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in K-8 education, child development, or related work/education
  • 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising children in groups of 15+
  • Availability for full-time camp work (4–8 consecutive weeks, depending on location)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with enthusiasm and urgency
