Job Description
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission seeks an Assistant Casino Regulatory Manager to oversee internal operations of the Gaming Agents Unit at MGM Springfield. The position involves day-to-day oversight, report review, and collaboration with other teams to ensure consistent and equitable operations across Massachusetts casinos.
Requirements
Meet with Supervising Gaming Agent to coordinate audits, reports, and operational reviews
Identify and recommend changes to internal controls, regulations, and rules
Oversee scheduling of Gaming Agents, including time-off requests and overtime
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Legal to coordinate orientation for new hires
Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to Gaming Agents
