Job Description
Job description: ASSISTANT CENTER MANAGER. Location: New York City, NY. Job type: Full-time. Assists with the management of the City-wide Claims Units and/or the City-wide Special Projects Units. Responsibilities include supervising staff, interpreting policies and procedures, preparing reports, and maintaining liaison with Food Stamp centers.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, one year of which must have been in an administrative capacity or supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty;
  • Administrative or supervisory experience as described above is required;
  • Familiarity with Federal and State guidelines, as well as State, Federal and Agency policies, procedures, and regulations;
