Role Overview

AKABA LLC is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help lead our team in providing high quality Applied Behavior Analysis in the home, center, and community settings to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

What You Will Do

Maintain an average of 25 billable hours, conduct/assist with intake and initial assessments, attend biweekly leadership meetings, and supervise BCBAs and ABA therapists.

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and LABA (License Applied Behavior Analyst) in Massachusetts.
  • At least 3 years as a BCBA in home based ABA services.
  • Positive and solution-focused approach that leads to amazing growth for AKABA's clients and families
  • Experience with Practice Management Software (i.e. Central Reach, RethinkBH)
  • Familiarity with the use of VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ABLLS-R, and EFL is a plus
