Role OverviewThe Assistant Closing Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction within the club and driving club performance. They oversee recovery, utility, and perishable departments, and ensure all areas are clean, stocked, and ready for morning open.

The Assistant Closing Manager assists in audit compliance efforts, drives collaboration with Business Partners, and oversees onboarding, certification, and training to ensure food safety and operational excellence.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations
- Experience in managing inventory turnover and waste reduction strategies
- SERV Safe certification required
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email) required
- Open shift availability required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
