Role OverviewThe Assistant Cloud Administrator works to maintain the infrastructure and functionality of an Agency's cloud environments. The role involves assisting clients in installing and troubleshooting cloud services, while working alongside the cloud administrator to ensure cloud services continue to function and service level agreements are maintained.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Cloud Administrator will provision resources, maintain the cloud environment, examine performance metrics, identify and troubleshoot issues, manage security, and develop new features and functionality for existing systems.
