Job Description
BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Assistant Club Manager to provide leadership and direction within the club, driving club performance and preparing individuals to assume one of three Assistant Club Manager positions. The trainee will receive focused development and experience aligned to their designated track.
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager
Strong drive for results and solid work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of shrink controls, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution
