Role OverviewThis role supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community. The Assistant Community Manager will complete accounting and bookkeeping tasks, prepare monthly close-out and financial reports, process invoices for payment, collect rent, fees, and other payments, complete bank deposits, dispositions, and account reconciliations, and use the property management software to record, track, and report on all financial workings of the community.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Community Manager will complete daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community, operate the property management software, review resident files and accounting records, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, implement procedures for collecting on delinquencies, and enforce the lease to maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field, 1-3 years of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
