Role OverviewThe Assistant Community Manager supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing and general administration of the property, and performs related management functions with the daily operations of an apartment community.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include responding to resident concerns, coordinating maintenance requests, supporting occupancy and retention goals, conducting inspections, and preparing financial reports.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Yardi and other industry software preferred
- Detail-oriented with experience in creating financial statements and reports
- A sharp and professional appearance
- Must be able to walk the property, which includes climbing stairs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, reach,and carry supplies
- Stand for extended periods of time
- May be required to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
