Role OverviewThe Assistant Community Manager acts as the administrative assistant for the property, responsible for understanding company policies and procedures, and assisting the Community Manager in implementing them. The incumbent is responsible for effectively computing, classifying, and recording numerical data, and assisting with leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Community Manager will perform various duties, including creating a positive environment for residents, maintaining knowledge of market conditions, and assisting with rent collection procedures. They will also assist in overseeing security deposit administration, maintaining familiarity with accounts payable procedures, and preparing the annual operating budget.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
