Job Description
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to support the Controller in overseeing all accounting operations. This role will lead key aspects of the monthly close, audit, and reporting processes while managing a team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
  • 6–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, telecommunication industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
  • Strong technical accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system is required
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
