Role OverviewAs our Assistant Controller, you'll play a key role in understanding what drives manufacturing performance—from inventory accuracy and standard costing to margin analysis and financial reporting. You'll work closely with both finance and operations leaders to ensure our business has the information needed to make smart decisions.
What You Will Do
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, oversee inventory accounting, valuation, and reconciliations, analyze manufacturing variances, and assist with annual audits.

Requirements
- CPA required (Strongly Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory accounting, and standard costing
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
