Role OverviewThe New York City Conflicts of Interest Board is hiring an Attorney for its Enforcement Unit. The Enforcement Attorney will handle challenging and interesting cases across all levels of City government, reviewing evidence, drafting charges, negotiating settlements, and litigating cases.
What You Will Do
Review evidence, draft charges, negotiate settlements, and litigate cases at the New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings.

Requirements
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- One year of satisfactory United States legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar
- Six months of satisfactory service as an Agency Attorney Interne (30086)
- One year of experience at Assignment Level I or two years of comparable legal experience subsequent to admission to the bar
- Two years of experience in Assignment Levels I and/or II or three years of comparable legal experience subsequent to admission to the bar
