Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking an Assistant Director for Clinical Lab Services. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Director to ensure the Clinical Laboratory Service provides high-quality, cost-effective, and timely standard of practice. The role involves monitoring quality, implementing procedures, and maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred
  • 8 years Clinical Laboratory Services experience
  • 3 years supervisory experience
  • (ASCP) AMER SOC CLIN PATH or Appropriate Clinical Laboratory Certification in Specialized Laboratory Service as applicable
