Role OverviewThe Assistant Director will lead day-to-day operations of Adult Residential programs in Windsor and Windham counties, supporting quality and compliance, and providing clinical and administrative supervision to residential leaders.

The Assistant Director will have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, and will have strong supervisory and organizational skills.

Requirements
- A clinical Master's degree and license/license eligible required
- Demonstrated knowledge of residential services and regulations
- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of the VT mental health system of care
