Job Description
The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group's safety vision. Our Assistant Directors are accountable, responsible, creative, positive, team-oriented, and dedicated.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
High School diploma or equivalent.
