Job Description
The Assistant Director of Advanced Practice Providers (APP) will provide management and leadership to over 100 APPs across the continuum of care. The role involves subject matter expertise on APP privileging, onboarding, clinical practice, and utilization, as well as quality improvement and strategic endeavors.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in nursing or ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by Texas State Board of Nursing or licensure as Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) licensed by the Texas Physician Assistant Board
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • 5 years of oncology clinical experience with demonstrated progressive leadership and administrative responsibilities
