Role OverviewManages operations staff and provides strategic, operational leadership and oversight for all clinical, educational, and research operations tasks and responsibilities. Oversees complex, multi-site clinical operations, including provider scheduling, workforce planning, staffing models, ambulatory operations, and clinical contracts.
What You Will Do
Makes decisions based on operations analysis, oversees daily operations, and actively oversees activities related to department compliance and standardization. Prepares and administers budgets, oversees procurement and supply chain processes, and assists with facilities management.
