Job Description
The Assistant Director of Building Maintenance is responsible for assisting the Director of Engineering in maintaining the building and grounds in optimum condition, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. This includes knowledge in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management
  • Knowledge in preventive maintenance program
  • Technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment
  • Strong leadership and team player
  • Good command in English and computer (Microsoft Office)
  • Previous Hospitality experience preferred
