Role OverviewThe Assistant Director of Development will work closely with the Office of Development and Alumni Relations to engage with members of the School of Nursing Board of Visitors and Junior Board of Visitors, and execute fundraising strategies to raise mid-level gifts in support of the UAB School of Nursing.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Director of Development will solicit and close mid-level gifts, work with other members of ODAR to ensure proper research and assignment of potential gift prospects, and coordinate solicitations and donor acknowledgments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business or a related field
- Three (3) years of related experience required
- Minimum 3 years of fundraising or equivalent experience
Benefits
- Annual Salary Range: $47,665 to $66,000
- Hybrid-eligible after the probationary period
