Job Description
The Assistant Director of Employee and Labor Relations provides operational leadership and oversight for Brown University's employee and labor relations programs, championing employee excellence and ensuring a policy-compliant workplace.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of progressive employee and labor relations and/or human resources experience
Expertise in labor law and negotiation, with knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
