Job Description
The Assistant Director of Engineering plays a key leadership role in maintaining the resort’s facilities, grounds, and water features. This position assists in directing daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating maintenance work, and ensuring all resort areas are safe, reliable, and maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of engineering or facilities maintenance experience
  • Solid technical understanding of building systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to lift a moderate amount of weight
