Job Description
Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina is seeking an Assistant Director of Finance to support the Director of Finance in overseeing the day-to-day operations and contributing to strategic financial planning.

Requirements

  • 2 years or more of finance career progression
  • Preferred experience in hospitality, retail, or related industry
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, Business or related field preferred
  • Experience supervising/directing staff members
  • Prior POS (Simphony, Infrasys), PMS (Opera), Oracle, ADP/Enterprise, Kronos, expertise desired
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
