Role OverviewThe Assistant Director of Finance – Productivity & Financial Analysis plays a critical leadership role in supporting the financial health of the hotel. This position partners closely with the Director of Finance and operational leaders to drive financial performance, labor productivity, and data-driven decision-making.
What You Will Do
Prepare and review monthly financial statements, lead variance analysis, develop and maintain KPI dashboards, oversee hotel productivity initiatives, and monitor departmental expenses.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 - 4+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of hotel financial systems (e.g., Opera, Oracle, POS/PMS platforms)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-financial leaders
- High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information
