Role OverviewThe Assistant Director of Finance supports the Director of Finance in overseeing all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and adherence to financial regulations and standards. This position is responsible for the oversight of the hotel's Finance Department’s day-to-day operations, maintaining internal controls, partnering with managers on expense management and general ledger operations, providing training to finance team members and special projects as assigned.
What You Will Do
Prepare and review all journal entries, month-end reports, and reconciliations. Review preliminary financial statements with Director of Finance. Participate in monthly financial reviews and support Director of Finance with the presentation of these reports.
